We were right in front of Gene for the show. Micki wanted a Gene guitar pick and she would do anything to get one. She started by throwing her bra at Gene. He wiped his sweat with it and hung it on the microphone, no pick. She then went one step further and flashed him a couple of times, still no guitar pick, but it was hilarious.

During one of the first few songs, Gene walked to the end of the stage and leaned down toward Wendy. Wendy's hands were in the air so Gene grabbed both of her hands and put them on his cod piece. He then.... well lets just say, having a good time. It was great.

During "Beth" Peter came out and threw out his roses. Wendy and Jerry caught one of the roses. Wendy was excited and was holding it with her hands on up the stage. At the end of the show, the entire band came out and took their bow. Gene leaned down and took Wendy's rose and walked over and handed it back to Peter. Peter started laughing and then threw it back into the crowd on the other side of the stage so Wendy lost her Peter Criss rose. Gene saw that Wendy was upset about the rose, so he made a sad face and then threw her a guitar pick which she missed.

Our friend Bret (San Jose) went down to the area at Club 9, which it turned out was where they were having the real After-Show party. Bret was able to eventually get in. Paul was leaving as he got in, and didn't stop to chat. Someone said he was sick. Peter, Gene, Tommy, Doc, Ed Trunk, and ? were in a glass-enclosed private room, within the private party. Peter came out, and signed some items, as did Tommy. Gene went from one pack of girls to the other, being photographed by his Tongue photographer the whole time. Bret asked Doc M. when the tour starts- he said "August 1st."
