On May 17, 2003, we went to the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California for the Wango Tango concert. The concert was put on by a Los Angeles radio station, KIIS F.M. There were a lot of pop bands playing throughout the day and Kiss was the headliner. Despite not being interested in many of the other bands, it was a great time.

Kiss played four songs. Detroit Rock City, Deuce, Love Gun, and Rock And Roll All Night. The concert was short but sweet. We sat right in front of Gene's girlfriend and two kids (Shannon Tweed, Sophie and Nick). They were nice enough to pose for a picture.

We also saw Bill Aucoin (Kiss' old manager). He also was nice enough to pose for a picture.

We were able to see some of our Kiss friends and that always makes for a great time. Overall, the concert was short but sweet. It was a good prelude to the summer tour with Aerosmith.
